Wirral Partnership Homes will be holding a consultation event, to be hosted at the Woodchurch Methodist Church, Pemberton Road, Woodchurch on Wednesday 18th January between 3pm and 6.30pm.
The consultation, which will be a drop in event is to make local residents aware of WPH’s plans to develop the site of the former St Benedicts school on Woodchurch in partnership with Mansell Construction. WPH intends to develop 131 new homes for affordable rent, these homes will be owned and managed by WPH with a further 24 new homes for sale, to be sold by Mansell.
The site of St Benedicts has been an eyesore for many years and these plans to provide 131 much needed affordable homes are a very welcome development.
